CUSTOMS DUTY

If you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.

ALCOHOL

By placing an order with us, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. Alcohol items must be used responsibly and appropriately.

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol and it is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. When ordering from our website you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

If your order contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. We operate the Challenge 25 scheme. Proof of age is only comprise of a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

A breach of these terms will result in the immediate termination of our services.
